How to Get Rid of Excess Salt and Why It Matters?
Too much salt in the body retains water, which can cause a range of complications and harmful health effects.

1. Rice
Regular rice cooked in water binds twice as much salt as most other foods. If you mix rice with dried fruits and milk or yogurt, the effect will be even better.

2. Dried Fruit Soaked in Water
Soak plums, raisins, dried apricots in water overnight... Drink 3 dl of this water and eat 300 grams of dried fruit per day, and you won't have problems with salt accumulation.

3. Bay Leaf
Bay leaf can be used as a spice in dishes (it works very effectively even in small quantities), or you can prepare bay leaf tea and drink 2 to 3 cups a day. Of course, without sugar or other additives.

4. Buckwheat and Kefir
