The problem with diets is not that they’re unsuccessful, but that you simply need to find the one that suits your lifestyle, way of eating, and, of course, your constitution. We are not all the same, and it may happen that you will be among the lucky ones who lose 10 centimeters around the waist with this drink in the next week. To avoid dieting in vain, it is worth pointing out that this drink is rich in antioxidants, improves metabolism, helps the body with cleansing and detoxification, improves sleep, strengthens the immune system …
With all this, extra kilos are really unnecessary, right?
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds, they can also be sprouted
- 150 grams fresh blueberries or any other berry (can be frozen)
- a cup of freshly chopped spinach
- 1 dcl sparkling mineral water (or at least very lightly sparkling)
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients except the water into a blender and after about a minute, add the water to thin the mixture. When you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture, eat it immediately. You can use this mixture as a substitute for lunch and dinner, in other words, if you give up standard dinners this week, you can thus lose quite a few kilos.
Bananas are rich in potassium, fiber, and glucose, which regulates blood sugar levels, improves digestion and increases the efficiency of the intestines, allowing them to absorb up to three times more nutrients. Very important in this recipe is ginger, which has two tasks: it improves digestion and suppresses appetite.
Drink this at least 2 hours before going to bed, and after that, drink only water.
