Ingredients:
- 125 grams of horseradish
- 3 lemons
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons honey
Preparation:
Grate the horseradish. Wash the lemons well and cut them, peel included, into small pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a homogeneous mixture.
It is enough to mix two tablespoons of this mixture into a glass of lukewarm water twice a day.
