How to approach an apple cleansing diet?

When you get up, drink a glass of fresh apple juice. Of course, with no sugar or other additives. It is also important that the juice is lukewarm, and you should drink it slowly, in sips.

After two, maybe three hours, eat two apples. There is no need for any special preparation, just make sure they are organically grown, so you don't ingest pesticides and other toxic substances with the peel. If you are not sure how the apples were grown, soak them in vinegar for 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly under running water.

You can eat another two apples again after 2 to 3 hours, and repeat like this until dinner.

In between, drink tea that you have prepared from dried apples or apple peels. You can sweeten it with a spoon or two of honey. Also, make sure the tea is not cold. Due to the honey, it is optimal if it is cooled to room temperature.

Prepare about 2 liters of tea, which should be consumed throughout the day.

And the last part of cleansing the body with apples: dinner. Peel two apples, grate them, and mix them with two tablespoons of honey. Let this be your last meal of the day.

If you really want to take advantage of the power of apples, especially pectin, then on the cleansing day eat nothing else, so as not to disrupt digestion. This method is recommended for everyone (even healthy people), because apples are among the easiest foods to digest. It is also recommended for people who have problems with gout, rheumatism, arthritis, liver and kidney problems and diseases, clogged blood vessels, too much fat in the veins, and more. Apples have a positive effect on the nervous system, help with weight loss, and most importantly, improve metabolism.

Also this: a one-day apple cleansing diet has the properties of a natural disinfectant, which means you should use it when you've overeaten or indulged in foods that negatively affect the body. It is recommended to use this diet once a month, but never more often than once a week. Too much “cleanness” in the body can also harm healthy bacteria that the body needs.
