Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilogram of carrots
- 5 tablespoons of honey
Peel and slice the carrots. Put them in a pot and add enough water to cover them completely. Bring the water to a boil and let it simmer until the carrots soften. Then remove the pot from heat and let it cool slightly.
Mash the carrots. Allow it to cool to room temperature (ideal temperature is 36 degrees Celsius) and then add the honey. Mix well, pour into a glass jar, and store in a dark, cool place.
Consume 3 to 4 tablespoons per day, preferably before each meal.
This mixture effectively prevents and treats colds, coughs, reduces mucus in the lungs, is rich in vitamin C and B complex vitamins. It strengthens the immune system and protects against flu, colds, and other respiratory diseases.
