Include this in your daily diet and you will be surprised by the results. Works only in the morning.

Long before the industrialization of pharmacy, folk healers often used radish for a variety of symptom relief and treatment purposes. These traditions are almost forgotten. What's more! Many people don't even know that besides small red radishes, there are also large black radishes that have much greater health benefits.

Black radish was most commonly used for thyroid problems, digestive disorders, and also worked as an excellent laxative.

Radish is excellent for the regeneration of internal organs and skin. Additionally, it helps eliminate toxins from the body and alleviates stomach pains. It contains a huge amount of vitamin C, healthy antioxidants, and a host of other nutrients. That is why radish is an ideal food that strengthens liver function.

To make the most of the healing effects on the liver, try this recipe:
  • 1 medium-sized black radish
  • small piece of ginger (if you don't mind the taste, it can be slightly larger!)
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 4 lemons
  • half a liter of water
Preparation:
Cut all the hard ingredients into small cubes and put them in a blender.

Roughly blend all the ingredients in the blender, add water, mix well, and drink 1 dcl before each meal.

Also ...

Drink this beverage for a maximum of 3 weeks, then take a week off.
