3-day yogurt diet, which is not!
This is not a real diet, because it is not primarily intended for weight loss, but rather for regulating digestion. But look at the fraction, we still lose a few kilos by the way.
We lose weight with this diet because we get rid of harmful substances from the body. Cleansing the body with probiotics is therefore not a weight-loss cure, but because we get rid of a lot of ballast that accumulates over the years, this diet looks like a weight-loss cure. In reality, we only remove unnecessary things from the organism, which thus works cleaner, airier and lighter.

It's like spring cleaning...

Anne Luque has written a lot about the yogurt diet, and in her book she thoroughly describes how to start spring cleaning. There are a lot of versions circulating on the Internet, but they all have the same goal, only there are more flavors, how to get to the goal. The essential component is probiotic yogurt (choose one brand, because that's how you will achieve the greatest success), which have 400 to 500 different bacteria that have a positive effect on the digestive tract.

The fact is that we get sick when the intestinal flora gets out of balance, our digestion gets upset, the intestines get sick. Stress and bad food destroy the imbalance in the intestinal flora, the balance of antibiotics is destroyed, the immune system falls.

There is only one solution to calm the body: 2 liters of yogurt a day!

It sounds brutal, but it's not that bad. Try to follow the diet suggested by Ana Luque as closely as possible...

1. day
  • Breakfast: drink a glass (or two) of low-fat yogurt with cereal of your choice (anything goes, as long as there is no added sugar)
  • Lunch: fry vegetables in olive oil and finally mix with rice. Do not add any spices to the vegetables, salt and pepper should be as little as possible. For dessert, drink a glass of yogurt.
  • Dinner: before going to bed, fry 1 grated carrot in olive oil (you can also add a few cubes of ham), put it all in a bowl of green salad, then pour low-fat yogurt over it.< /ul>

    2. day
    • Breakfast: grate the cucumber and cover it with yogurt (it can be with normal fat). It is important to eat the whole cucumber and drink at least 2 dcl (maybe 4 dcl) of yogurt.
    • Lunch: Cut a handful of white turkey meat into cubes (can be chicken, tuna or salmon), fry in olive oil. Add chopped champignons, one tomato and bell pepper. When the vegetables are soft, add a glass (or two) of yogurt.
    • Dinner: Mix 2 cups of yogurt with a handful (or two) of berries (you can also use frozen blueberries).


    3. day:
    • Breakfast: Mix a glass of yogurt with cheese, grated apple and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
    • Lunch: Bake 150 grams of hake, and prepare a salad of yogurt, cucumber and a little mustard as a side dish.
    • Dinner: Cook 100 grams of pasta, add chopped pepper and a boiled egg, and cover everything with yogurt.


    Effect on health

    There is no solid evidence that you will lose weight with this diet. Also, you will not find assurances anywhere that such a diet heals and regulates digestion. There are no firm guarantees about this either. Perhaps someone says that everyone who ate so little would lose weight. Which is also true... And you can find another reason. But the fact is that nothing from the menu will harm you, and three days is not so long that you don't try it. The benefits that you can get from a yogurt diet are much greater…
