Never mix meat and milk
Although it seems that you don't do it, think about what yogurts, cheeses, various sauces are made of...
Some time ago, the American nutritionist Herbert M. Shelton repeated the test made by the ancient Roman physician Celsus two millennia ago. Respondents were both asked to write down the combination of food they ate that day and to rate their feelings. Shelton warned people in advance that the combination of tomatoes and cucumbers is bloat-inducing, but when eaten separately, both ingredients are extremely healthy.

Although each organism reacts differently, after only a few days it became clear that we have another combination that harms everyone, and we call it Shelton's syndrome. It is a combination of meat and milk, which includes all dairy products.

Milk itself contains protein and fat, which is a bad start to digestion. Namely: when we eat a piece of meat and then drink milk, the milk fat spreads across the stomach in such a way that they envelop each piece of food and thus make it impossible for the stomach acids to break it down. With this, the body gets less vitamins and minerals, and the surplus of food, even though it is not, immediately turns into a stock, which the body will process later (but in reality it never is!).

To generalize: when lactic acid comes into contact with proteins of animal origin, the metabolic process stops in 74 percent!

This means that dairy products prevent the metabolism of phosphorus and zinc, which is crucial for any immune system, and the worst is the effect on iron, which directly stops the flow of oxygen to the cells.

Don't think that only the combination of milk and meat is problematic. There are similar problems with cheeses of all kinds, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter, sour cream... In the best case, you will feel sick after this combination, maybe even vomiting.

Milk is very special in general and has similar effects on everyone. Any combination never works well, so never combine dairy products with other foods. Always eat them separately, with at least 20 minutes between them before and after eating.

So...

Don't combine tomatoes and cucumbers because they use the same enzymes for different breakdowns, and don't combine animal proteins with dairy because it stops digestion altogether.

At the very least, fix it!
