In order to strengthen and keep fit even in winter, we recommend the following smoothie:
- 2 cups of pineapple cut into cubes
- 1 cup of freshly squeezed oranges
- 2 spoons of cinnamon
- 40 grams of honey
- 40 grams of finely ground almonds, or walnuts, or any other seeds
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of water
First, cook the oatmeal. Pineapple is best fresh, but you can also use compote. Cut it into cubes. Mix oatmeal and pineapple, and put orange juice, honey, almonds and cinnamon in another bowl. Place this mixture in a blender and blend for a few minutes. Then slowly add oatmeal and pineapple while mixing, you can also add a little crushed ice.
Prepare the drink in the evening (we recommend that you do not eat anything else after drinking it). It is also very useful to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach, because it is very nutritious and strengthens the immune system.
Remember that this drink is very nutritious and can easily replace one of the meals.
