Heals the joints and repels colds
This nutrient-rich drink heals bones, joints, and flu, colds, and the common cold, among others.
In winter, joint pain is more common, and rheumatism and arthritis are very common, and the pain is very unpleasant. Over time, the mobility of the joints may decrease, and the pain may become more severe. This is why it is important that the body has enough vitamin C, magnesium and bormelain. All these are ingredients that relieve joint pain, in addition to giving the body energy and strengthening the immune system.

In order to strengthen and keep fit even in winter, we recommend the following smoothie:
  • 2 cups of pineapple cut into cubes
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed oranges
  • 2 spoons of cinnamon
  • 40 grams of honey
  • 40 grams of finely ground almonds, or walnuts, or any other seeds
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of water
Preparation:

First, cook the oatmeal. Pineapple is best fresh, but you can also use compote. Cut it into cubes. Mix oatmeal and pineapple, and put orange juice, honey, almonds and cinnamon in another bowl. Place this mixture in a blender and blend for a few minutes. Then slowly add oatmeal and pineapple while mixing, you can also add a little crushed ice.

Prepare the drink in the evening (we recommend that you do not eat anything else after drinking it). It is also very useful to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach, because it is very nutritious and strengthens the immune system.

Remember that this drink is very nutritious and can easily replace one of the meals.
