How to prepare salad dressing to make it a medicine?

Ingredients:
  • 120 grams of garlic
  • 120 grams of ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation:

Use fresh garlic, finely chopped. Also use fresh ginger and cut it into small pieces, you can also grate it. Put both in a blender, add another tablespoon of olive oil and blend well to get a smooth creamy mixture.

You can use it as a supplement to food, but it is highly recommended to eat a teaspoon on an empty stomach and a teaspoon half an hour before going to bed.
