The most amazing thing about this is that Aggarwal's discovery didn't raise much dust at all, it didn't set off a domino effect for others to try to figure out what the secret of the Indian-Mediterranean admixture was, and so far no serious human study has been done to confirm Aggarwal's refuted or confirmed the research. Everything fell silent and remained at the level of amateur nutritionists, who remember this recipe every now and then. The fact that you can make your own anti-cancer products at home with relatively cheap ingredients is unacceptable to many.
Aggarwal's recipe:
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon of quality olive oil
Mix all three ingredients (preferably on a spoon) and eat on an empty stomach. We recommend that you eat one spoonful before each meal, but you can use this mixture to season salads, vegetables, and meat dishes as well.
The secret of this mixture lies in the pepper. Regular black pepper increases the body's absorption of turmeric by 2,000 times, but only when combined with healthy fats from olive oil.
Given that turmeric prevents inflammation, olive oil regulates digestion, and pepper has an extremely high amount of vitamin C, it is worth trying this spoonful of health as a preventive measure.
And another small tip: it would be ideal if you warmed this mixture a little more. At least to 36 degrees Celsius (but no more than 42 degrees), because this would speed up the action of the medicinal ingredients.
