New Swedish phenomenon: mono-diet for 6 kg less
You will also find this diet online under the name 6 petals diet. While its name is misleading, the effects are not.
If you have not noticed yet, all major nutritional discoveries in the last decade have come from Sweden. The most attention grabbing discovery was that they found a shortage of cholesterol in the blood of all those who died of heart failure. This was followed by the discovery of good and bad cholesterol, and our diet changed in an instant. Of course, it was immediately followed by the search for a new culprit for modern-day illnesses, and a LCHF diet was born that excludes carbohydrates from the menu and replaces them with healthy fats.

All the new findings in today's flood of a wide range of information would never resonate if they were not supported by the arguments and by the experiences of users who were able to say no to carbohydrates.

And just in these nutritional stormy days, a new 6 petals diet appeared, created by the best-known Swedish nutritionist Anna Johansson. The diet is one of the most popular mono-diets, which are based on monolithic foods within the day. In fact, this diet consists of 6 different mono-dietary models. Many individuals report they have lost 10 or even 15 kilograms after just one week.

The essence of each mono-diet is that the body activates the processes that it needs, and uses supplies for it. European weight loss center has even confirmed that weight loss with this diet is 50 percent more successful than other conventional weight loss diets, and at the same time it is the best test of the functioning of internal organs (same like you would take automobile for technical inspection).

Another important thing to note: the diet will only be successful if you have a minimum of 5 meals a day. How to arrange meals is your thing, but do not skip the breakfast, and eat dinner no later than 3 hours before bedtime.

Day 1: fish
On the first day, only fish and seafood can be eaten, but they should be roasted in a spoon of oil. It is much better to eat cooked fish (no side dish), but never more than 500 grams. It is recommended to drink lots of unsweetened green tea and exercise for at least half an hour.

Day 2: vegetables
You can eat up to 1.5 kilograms of vegetables this day. We recommend a lot of carrots, steam boiled vegetables, you can also use potatoes cooked in water. Also drink water or unsweetened green tea and do not forget to exercise.

Another thing: this day it is allowed to drink vegetable smoothies, but remember that vegetable in liquid form is easier to digest, while the kilogram and half is actually not a lot. So you should prefer to avoid smoothies and eat only fresh or cooked vegetables.

Day 3: Chicken
With chicken it is important to eat it without skin and not more than 500 grams. In addition, do not combine anything else, including vegetables. Chicken can be baked, cooked on grill, and you can also enjoy a chicken soup.

Day 4: cereal porridge
During the meals, it is allowed to drink herbal tea (unsweetened) and eat natural yeast. Otherwise, we suggest you eat roasted wheat grains cooked in water for breakfast. For lunch eat buckwheat porridge, cooked brown rice for afternoon snack (without side dish!), and in the evening some natural bran, seeds, fiber. It is allowed to eat up to 500 grams of cereal porridge.

Day 5: curd cheese
This day you can eat up to 500 grams of low-fat curd cheese. You can also drink a glass of milk, but it should be low fat milk. If you are tired of curd, you can also eat yogurt and other unsweetened dairy products.

Day 6: fruit
You can eat up to 1.5 kilograms of fruit and you can replace tea with coffee. It is recommended to eat 2 apples in the morning, a banana for snack, an orange, grapes, kiwi and pineapples for lunch, and finish the day with two apples.

A warning for conclusion. The diet is adjusted so that the body receives 1500 to 1800 calories per day, which is certainly below the recommended amount. Therefore, after a week, stop with this mono-diet, wait 3 weeks, then you can repeat the procedure.

Please also note that this diet is far from a balanced diet, so do not overdo it.
