Diet of this spring: oranges and eggs
It seems that we have a new slimming hit this spring: minus 15 kg in 2 weeks - Diet only during the week, and not weekends
There is much talk online about the diet below. It is talked about because of an unusual combination (orange and egg) and because you have to follow it for 5 days a week only, but the most important thing is that it can be dangerous. If you are not in good health, if you are taking medication, or your immune system is not flawless, it is best not to try.

In any case, it is best to consult your doctor beforehand!

Monday

Breakfast: 1 orange (optionally also pear or peach), 2 toasts, cup of coffee or tea (without sugar).

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 hard boiled egg, yogurt.

Dinner: 2 dcl of tomato juice, 2 boiled eggs, 1/2 kg of green lettuce (one small head) or cucumber, 2 biscuits.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 2 dl of sour milk, 2 biscuits.

Dinner: 125 g of minced beef meat, 1 tomato (or 1 dcl of ketchup), 1 toast, cup of tea or coffee.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: 1 orange (or pear, or melon), 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 250 g of green lettuce.

Dinner: 125 g of minced beef meat, 1 orange, 1 toast, cup of coffee or tea.

Thursday:

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea.

Lunch: 125 g of cheese, 2 dl of fresh milk, 1 tomato, 1 toast.

Dinner: 125 minced beef meat, 2 tomatoes or 2 dcl of ketchup, 1 apple, 1 toast.

Friday:

Breakfast: 1 orange, 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea.

Lunch: 200 g cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast.

Dinner: 1/2 kg of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, cauliflower, broccoli, corn), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

Saturday and Sunday:

Eat what you like, but be careful not to eat more calories than you need.

Extra tips for entire diet. Do not eat bananas. Eat hard boiled eggs. Plazma biscuits are the best. Do not insist for more than 2 weeks.
