Smoothie, which can replace breakfast, lunch and dinner
Have you heard of a drink that you can drink at any time, even at night if you get hungry? We are talking about a combination of health, than you are not used to.
Once you see the ingredients, it will be clear why this drink is versatilely interesting. It contains all the substances that our body needs, while at the same time it stimulates digestion, cleanses the body and helps you lose weight.

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup of raspberry or blueberries

2 dcl of coconut or almond milk

Preparation:

To prepare this drink, you need frozen bananas. It is very important that you do not peel the bananas because they will oxidize. If you freeze entire bananas, you can have them in the freezer for several months.

For one meal you need one banana. Leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes, to thaw a bit then peel it. If you can not do it with hand, use a knife. If you are wondering why bananas need to be frozen, this is due to the better and creamy taste and texture that is similar to ice cream. It gives you a sense of satiety and after only one glass you will feel like eating an abundant lunch.

Of course, you can also use fresh bananas, but it's worthwhile to compare tastes.

Cut the banana into smaller pieces, add a spoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, half of avocado, raspberry (frozen if you like) and coconut milk. Mix everything well (at least for 3 minutes) to get a smooth substance. You can add a tablespoon of honey to have a sweeter drink.
