Ingredients:
- 1 dl freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons of homemade apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation is simple. Mix all three ingredients well until the honey is completely dissolved to obtain a homogeneous drink. If possible, mix by hand with a wooden spoon to avoid affecting the electric charge of the ingredients. Drink it always 15 to 20 minutes before a meal, at least twice a day (before lunch and before dinner).
You can follow this diet for 7 days, then take a 7-day break. If you really want to lose weight, during the diet (even on days when you are not drinking this juice), avoid fried foods and red meat. Also, reduce the amount of bread, especially eliminate it at dinners. Completely eliminate desserts and other sweets from your diet. If you want to indulge, have some dark chocolate. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, and carbonated drinks. Drink plenty of water and unsweetened cooled green tea.
