  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 small cucumber

The ginger is considered to be a miraculous metabolism booster, prevents constipation, and strengthens the immune system along with lemon juice. Lemon juice causes one more thing: because of acid, your stomach will shrink, the appetite will completely disappear and excess pounds along with it.

And water. It must be lukewarm. Make sure that it has no more than 60 degrees Celsius because this is the limit when vitamin C is still persistent. In addition, lukewarm water accelerates the processes of internal organs, dilutes difficult-to-digest food, and, thanks to heat, even helps decompose food into simple and nutritious ingredients.
