Do you want to get rid of dark circles under your eyes? No problem!
Dark circles can be a sign of an impending illness, they can indicate tiredness, and they can even be hereditary, but in any case, they're not attractive. What can you do to get rid of them?
The skin around the eyes is extremely thin, densely populated with oil glands, and therefore highly sensitive to any minimal change in the body. When something's amiss, it becomes darker in color.

Advocates of natural methods recommend plenty of outdoor activities, getting some sun (but not too much), eating healthy food, and ensuring an adequate amount of sleep. This almost certainly works because it's good for the entire body, not just dark circles.

Luckily, there's another natural shortcut to getting rid of dark spots around the eyes.

With any machine, it's clear that before putting it under full load, you need to oil it to make it work better. Similarly, with the human body. Mix a teaspoon of olive oil with a few drops of lemon juice (the sour taste should dominate!) and consume it every morning on an empty stomach.

This will cleanse your body and take care of self-cleansing processes in the stomach and liver, plus you'll get more energy and improved digestion. It's true that the first morning spoonful won't work, but by the third day, and certainly after a week, you'll forget all about dark circles.

Of course, this is only valid if there's no serious illness behind the dark circles...
