Rice: Don't eat in the evening

If you eat nuts in the morning, you will strengthen your heart, regulate cholesterol, take care of your skin and hair, and even lose weight with them.

Cheese: Be cautious in the evening

A cheese sandwich before bed seems harmless, but it is not. Many cheeses are hard to digest and cause disturbances and discomfort at night (read: bad dreams). On the other hand, a little cheese before bed gives the body the necessary calcium to promote bone and joint regeneration.

Citrus fruits: Never before meals

Citrus fruits are rich in acids, and consuming them increases acid production, which can cause digestive problems. In such cases, the stomach slows down the absorption of nutrients, causing a feeling of heaviness in the stomach, and the sweetness can also make you gain weight. This applies to fresh citrus fruits as well as those in juice. Citrus fruits should always be eaten as a separate snack.

Legumes: Don't eat in the evening
