7 Combinations to Switch Your Body from Winter Mode to Summer Mode
During winter, the body needs a completely different type of energy compared to summer, and during the spring transition between these modes, pesky illnesses often arise. Avoid them!
In winter, the body primarily needs energy to keep warm. This is why by spring, vitamin and mineral reserves decrease significantly, and fatty deposits increase, which we don't "need" in summer. So, if you want to get energy from food that will help you transition to a summer regime, consider the following tips:

1. Apple + Chocolate
The combination of apple and chocolate strengthens the immune system, promotes cardiovascular health, sharpens the mind, and reduces the risk of cancer. This is one of the healthiest combinations, especially when combined with chocolate with 70% cocoa or more.

2. Oatmeal + Orange Juice
Oatmeal combined with freshly squeezed orange juice is an extremely rich source of phenol. This improves the digestive system, and the combination of both is an excellent detoxifier.

3. Tomato + Liver
If you suffer from chronic iron deficiency, fatigue, vascular problems, or heart issues, then this combination is perfect for you. It contains a lot of ascorbic acid, which also eases breathing difficulties and, due to the abundance of healthy minerals and vitamins, is one of the quickest ways to a balanced blood profile.

4. Parsley + Lemons
Finely chop parsley and mix it with lemon juice. Pour lukewarm water over it and drink. This combination is rich in vitamin C, acts as a diuretic, cleanses the body, speeds up metabolism, and strengthens the immune system.

5. Tomato + Olive Oil
The lycopene in tomatoes improves cardiovascular function, and together with olive oil, it aids digestion and fights premature aging. The most important property of this combination is that it prevents the formation of blood clots and tumors.

6. Vegetables + Yogurt
The best is homemade yogurt to which you can add some extras: carrot, spinach, cabbage, even green salad... Vegetables are rich in fiber, which helps absorb calcium and several other elements necessary for robust health. 7. Avocado + Spinach

The spinach should be raw (just wash it well), and half an avocado is enough. Chop the spinach, add avocado puree, and eat half an hour before bedtime.
