The Most Demanding Detox or How to Rid Your Body of Heavy Metals
It's true that during winter it's recommended to eat kale, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts, but it also has its side effects.
Recently, molecular biologist Ernie Hubbard accidentally discovered elevated levels of thallium and cesium in several patients' bodies. When he analyzed the food these patients were eating more closely, he came across alarming data. In kale, cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower, he found increased levels of nickel, lead, cadmium, aluminum, and arsenic.

The reason: the soil.

The Chinese already discovered that rice grows better in areas with high industrial pollution, and the same goes for leafy green vegetables we consume during the winter months. Heavy metals in them can cause a variety of uncommon complications, and the most dangerous are combinations. So, even in extremely small amounts, cadmium, lead, and thallium can create a poison 6 times stronger than if these elements were on their own.

The most insidious is thallium poisoning, which is tasteless, odorless, and almost colorless. It's often used in rodent poisons, causing heart arrhythmia in humans, or at least a strong pounding, hair loss, digestive problems, nausea, neurological issues...

How to Rid Your Body of Heavy Metals?
  • Chlorophyll
Chlorophyll is known as an effective cleanser of heavy metals from the body. If you haven't done a detox diet in a while, we recommend eating a teaspoon of green algae every day.

  • Carrot, Nettle, and Rosehip
Use one medium-sized grated carrot, 2 tablespoons of dried nettle leaf powder, and the same amount of rosehip. Pour all into 1/2 liter of water and place it on the stove. Just before it boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and let it rest for at least 3 hours. Drink 3 to 4 times a day before meals, adding a teaspoon of honey.

  • Beetroot, Radish, and Carrot
Mix equal amounts of three natural juices: from red beetroot, black radish, and carrot. Put this mixture in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 3 hours. Eat what remains by the spoonful 3 times a day before meals.
