- mid sized fresh cabbage
- small crucible of natural sweet cream with 30% fat (creme fraiche)
- three tablespoons of olive oil and a tablespoon of butter
- two or three garlic cloves
- powdered cumin
- powdered nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- sesame
We cut the cabbagehead in half and then into strips. In pan we heat olive oil and butter, add cabbage and chopped garlic, and then fry while stirring for several minutes, or until the cabbage is done. We then sprinkle our dish with powdered cumin, pepper and nutmeg, pour cream into our mixture and add some salt. While constantly stirring, we cook it for a moment, so it boils a bit. Then we take it off. Before serving our dish, we sprinkle sesame on it.
In addition, we can prepare chicken skewers. Cover pieces of chicken breasts with Hamburg bacon, stick them on wooden sticks and roast them on olive oil.
Tip: we are not required to put salt on chicken meat, as it already gets all the necessary aroma from bacon.
