Jin son jitsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that helps balance emotions, pain and health and just by massaging certain points on the hands. The basic starting point is that each finger is connected to a specific organ, and by massaging this point, pain can be soothed and sometimes even cured.
All you have to do is massage a specific part on your hand for 3 to 5 minutes, massaging only while holding your breath. When you exhale, imagine that the pain goes out with the exhale.
