Bacon is very common, but also very dangerous. Bacon contains a lot of saturated fat and cholesterol, and it is also heavily processed with nitrates, which causes headaches.

Pastry with cheese and butter
You've probably heard many times about baked goods that they contain a lot of carbohydrates, but they are so low in fiber, protein and other nutrients that they don't exist in nature. Baked goods are not nutritious, they have no value, it is much better to eat nothing than to have food that is not.


Energy bars are sugar bombs that give you energy, but not in a balanced way and nowhere near as rich in the nutrients you need. 100 grams of an energy bar is similar to eating half a kilo of milk chocolate for breakfast. You can believe us that there is nothing healthy in it.

Time is our greatest enemy, but not in the sense that you think. The fact is that a few decades ago, bacon was completely healthy and suitable for the morning meal. Even the baked goods were made from whole grain flour (when flour still had a higher value), instead of energy bars we ate all-natural flakes.
