5 foods that damage the brain

1. Salt

The sodium concentration in the body can only be reduced by drinking a lot of water, but do not do this with carbonated drinks, which contain enormous amounts of salt and sugar to neutralize the taste.

2. Sugar

It is the accumulation of cholesterol or triglycerides in the blood vessels, which causes thickening of the arterial walls and can lead to clogging of the vessels. In particular, avoid pork fat and watch out for high cholesterol.

4. Crackers and chips

5. Alcohol
