Ingredients:
- 2 large very ripe bananas
- 3 dcl yogurt (if you want a low-calorie treat, use low-fat yogurt)
- 50 g honey
First, mash the bananas with a fork to make a puree, then slowly add honey in a blender, followed by yogurt. If you don't have yogurt, you can also make the dessert with kefir. Once the mixture becomes smooth, pour it into a cake mold, or you can also use small cups. Place the prepared cake in the refrigerator for an hour, or even better, leave it in a cool place overnight to allow the mixture to set and thicken.
