Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- 2 dl of cream (or coconut milk)
- 1 tablespoon of honey or another sweetener (such as maple syrup, agave syrup, or in extreme cases, sugar)
- rum for flavor (optional)
Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth. Then add the cream or coconut milk and mix well, followed by a tablespoon of honey and rum to taste. We recommend mixing all the ingredients by hand until you get a smooth mixture.
If you don't have cream on hand, you can also use plain yogurt.
Chill the prepared dessert in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. You can sprinkle the avocado cream with coconut or decorate it with cream.
