Don't even think about eating that for breakfast!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but only if you eat healthy. Don't make these mistakes!
1. Don't overdo it with orange juice
If you drink store-bought juices for breakfast, stop immediately. Ready-made juices contain a lot of sugar and a low percentage of fruit content. It's much better to eat a fresh orange, as it is rich in vitamins, minerals, and especially fiber.

2. Stop eating pancakes
Just because pancakes are eaten for breakfast in movies, doesn't mean it's healthy. In fact, pancakes for breakfast are among the most harmful. Mix cereals, yogurt, fruits, and vegetables instead. This way, you will get much more energy and proteins. Eating pancakes will only disrupt your digestion and clog vital parts of your body.

3. Avoid sweetened coffee
Many people can't start their day without coffee, but be careful! Coffee itself is not problematic, but the additives can be. Avoid adding sugar, extra cream, and other things that turn your coffee into a calorie bomb.

4. Energy bars
No matter how good of an idea it may seem, store-bought energy bars contain a lot of sugar. Some bars also contain chocolate pieces and other substances that you should avoid. It's better to make your own energy bar. This way, you will at least know what's in it.

5. Alcohol
Alcohol should never be how you start your day. Besides being harmful to your health, your body won't get any beneficial nutrients but will have to deal with removing toxins instead. Furthermore, avoid anything containing alcohol as the effects are similar.

6. Fatty foods
Fats are healthy but not on an empty stomach. Fatty foods are heavy and extremely caloric. Your body needs easily digestible food.

7. Sweets
If you eat candies, cakes, desserts, drink sweet beverages, sweet coffee, you'll be hungry again in half an hour. And if you still don't eat healthily at that time, your hunger will return in half an hour.

8. Snacks
Snacks are usually heavily salted, and salt retains water and slows down digestion. Instead of salty pastries, eat an apple or dried fruit.

9. Fast food
Fast food is high on the list of foods that cause weight gain, clog arteries, harm the heart, and raise blood sugar levels. Also, remember that this category includes baked goods. Your body won't feel satisfied by a delicious croissant.

10. Donuts
Although they fall into the category of desserts, which could also be placed in the group of fatty foods, donuts deserve their mention. In addition to sugar and fats, donuts are full of oil, which further burdens and slows down digestion. Donuts are not recommended food even during the day.
