Nutritionists recommend that you should eat 20 grams of protein for breakfast, and there are 6 grams in one egg. We recommend starting the day with two hard-boiled eggs. Cut them into quarters, sprinkle generously with freshly chopped parsley, and eat an apple on the side.
After two hours (maybe even later), repeat the exercise but with one egg with parsley and one apple.
