Ingredients:
- 6 to 7 lemons
- 200 grams of sugar
- 8 dl of water
- 800 grams of ice
Cut 5 lemons in half and dip each half in sugar. Place the lemons on the grill so that the sweet coating touches the grates. Grill the lemons for 6 to 8 minutes until the sugar caramelizes. Remove the lemons from the grill and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
Once the lemons are cooled, squeeze out the juice, add water, and the remaining sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Slice the remaining lemons thinly and add them to the lemonade as well. Finally, add the ice cubes and serve.
