It is highly recommended to drink oat water throughout the day as it will provide you with enough energy even during intense physical activities. The preparation is simple.
Ingredients:
- One cup of organic oats (make sure it's gluten-free, meaning it doesn't contain wheat grains)
- 6 to 8 cups of water
- Cinnamon stick or two teaspoons of cinnamon powder
- A tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (to taste)
In a blender, add the oats and coarsely grind them. Then pour water over them and optionally add cinnamon and sweetener. It is very important to let it sit for at least an hour to allow sediment to form. Strain through a cotton cloth, or you can drink it as is. A few solid particles will not harm you; in fact, they will introduce more fiber into your body.
You can use oat water in your cooking, but we recommend drinking it at least in the morning, before and after dinner. If you want to lose weight quickly and effectively, drink all eight cups of oat water throughout the day.
