Ingredients:
- 600 ml mineral water
- 100 grams of oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
To fully benefit from all the nutrients, use organically sourced oats.
First, boil the mineral water. Once the water boils, add the oats and cook for approximately 30 minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat, add cinnamon, and let it sit for about an hour to cool down to room temperature. Finally, add the honey.
Place the container in a dark place and drink a glass of this mixture about 20 minutes before each meal.
