10 things doctors do every day
Doctors also follow home remedies because they know best what prevention means. We are publishing some of these tips.
1. Saline solution in the nose
Many doctors spray some saline solution vapors in their nose every morning (this is salt dissolved in water). This helps moisten the nasal mucosa and open the airways, which is good for allergies and boosts immunity against viruses.

2. One hundred push-ups
To maintain good fitness, you need to take time and some space. If you're too busy to run around the house, you can set a goal of 100 push-ups. It may sound like a lot, but the key is not to do them all at once; it's much better to do them in sets of 20, five times. You can even start with your knees on the floor, and doing 3 to 5 push-ups a day will visibly improve your fitness.

3. Lemonade
Starting your day with lemonade is ideal. Freshly squeezed lemon juice will boost you with vitamin C, improve digestion, and aid in fat burning. A regular intake of lemonade also has another benefit: it helps reduce wrinkles on your face.

4. Opening doors
Did you know that 90% of all bacteria are found on the lower part of a door handle? By opening doors without touching the lower part, you reduce the risk of infections. Of course, this precaution won't help much without regular handwashing.

5. Avoid turning on electronic devices
It's crucial for your heart rate and blood pressure that, for the first 10 minutes after waking up, you don't disturb yourself with devices. Try to calmly drink a glass of lemonade and dedicate at least 10 minutes to allowing your body to get going. You might not know it, but almost 60% of American women check Facebook before brushing their teeth in the morning! Don’t be like them.

6. Eggs for dinner
The proteins in eggs are much healthier than those in beef, chicken, and even tofu. The key is to eat at least half an hour before bedtime to allow your body to digest dinner peacefully. However, it's still advisable not to eat after sunset. Instead, have a glass of water.

7. Urine color
Changes in the body are first visible in urine, so it's good to pay attention to any color changes. Sometimes, urine color can also change due to food (beet consumption is known to have an impact), so in such cases, drink plenty of water. Strive to keep your urine color as consistent as possible.

8. Cool bedroom
The human body functions best at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. If it's higher, the body needs to cool down, and if it's lower, it needs warming up. Since the body can easily warm up (by covering up with a thick blanket), for a good sleep, it's recommended to keep the bedroom temperature between 15 and 18 degrees.

9. Ancestral diet
The Paleo diet, also known by the acronym LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat - less carbohydrates, more fats), is a popular eating style where the key is to eliminate complex and industrially produced carbohydrates from your diet. Carbs found naturally in vegetables are not harmful. The same goes for fats - healthy fats in the right ratio are beneficial (the ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids should be 1:4 - hemp is closest to the ideal ratio).

10. Apple cider vinegar
If you drink a glass of water mixed with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before a meal, it will aid digestion and help lower blood sugar levels. Apple cider vinegar also has antifungal properties and is a healthy probiotic.
