Do not eat these foods before bedtime
We present you with some foods that you should avoid before bedtime, as they disrupt sleep...
It's not just caffeine's fault that you have trouble sleeping at night. Tomatoes and onions are also to blame. And that's not all...

Tomatoes can cause acid reflux and digestive issues, leading to restless sleep in the evenings. Onions release gases that disrupt digestion, causing acid in the esophagus, especially troublesome when lying on your back.

The worst combination, alongside tomatoes and onions, is alcohol, which due to this combination is particularly unpleasant and causes restless digestion that won't calm down even by morning.

Also on the list of forbidden foods is chocolate, not because it causes harm, but because it reduces and destroys the efficacy of painkillers. Chocolate nearly neutralizes the power of pain-relief medication. If you take pain medication, avoid eating chocolate.

Let's mention one more study... People who sleep less than 7 hours a day (it's important to sleep in one stretch, not in intervals) and eat tomatoes and/or onions in the evening, along with a bit of chocolate, turn almost everything they eat into fat.
