To drink a glass of water or not should never be a question. It is better to drink more water than too little. The worst thing is if you are thirsty and you don't care when it is. Without water, our body does not function. Generally speaking, when we are upright, most of the water is retained in the lower part of the body, which is why our legs often swell. If there is not enough water below, there may be a deficiency above. This is not good for the heart and brain. The body always needs enough water to be able to remove toxins from the body. Never let water run out on you, so: 1 glass of water drink immediately after waking up. This will activate the internal organs. 1 glass of water 30 minutes before meals helps digestion and metabolism. When you have enough water, the body also receives up to 30% more nutrients. 1 glass of water before swimming helps lower blood pressure. This is especially important if you have high blood pressure problems! 1 glass of water before sleeping prevents strokes (it is good to know this and adhere to it!). Drinking water before sleeping (even just a sip) helps alleviate cramps and improve muscle recovery. And most importantly, always remember to drink water sip by sip. Too much water at once does not hydrate the body enough, and even breathing and swallowing disorders can occur.
Finally, try to follow the rule that your stomach should have 50% food, 25% water, and leave 25% empty space for digestion processes.
