7 Foods to Make You Forget About Hunger
Sometimes, you may feel hungry again an hour or two after a meal... Well, that's improper nutrition that you should avoid.
Our body has one big flaw. For example: when we eat huge amounts of sweets, blood sugar levels rise. After about an hour, or perhaps even sooner, when blood sugar levels drop (actually just normalize), the brain receives a signal that you are hungry. In almost 80 percent of cases, this is not true.

That's why we should eat more foods that provide the body with energy steadily, without causing sudden spikes and rapid drops in sugar, and which do not contain unnecessary calories and fats that cause weight gain.

We present to you foods that conquer hunger:

1. Fish
Fish is one of the richest sources of healthy proteins, which can effectively substitute both carbohydrates and fats. Additionally, fish has fewer calories than, for example, meat, and even canned or frozen fish are better than the freshest meat.

2. Berries
Our body digests berries for a long time, keeping us full for longer. Berries are rich in fibers (a cup of berries contains 8 grams of fiber, which is twice as much as an apple, for example). Frozen berries are also good, and they absolutely conquer hunger when combined with yogurt. Of course, summer homegrown berries have an abundance of vitamins, but even winter berries (frozen) are highly recommended for beating hunger.

3. Broccoli
Broccoli contains numerous nutrients, including proteins. Additionally, 100 grams of broccoli have only 50 calories and 6 grams of valuable full-fledged fibers, which is exceptionally high. Broccoli also helps with various diseases and should be at the top of the list of foods on our plates. Several studies suggest that broccoli helps combat tumors and cancer.

4. Beans
They are rich in fibers and proteins and are an essential part of a healthy diet. Additionally, they can be consumed in salads, as a main dish, or in soups. Beans are always very generous with nutrients.

5. Quinoa
It is a unique grain from South America with the highest protein content among all cereals. For comparison: quinoa has 16% protein, rice 7.5%, wheat 14%... Quinoa is relatively easy to prepare and can be used as an addition to salads or as a main dish. In ancient times, it even seemed that quinoa could replace potatoes and corn, which would undoubtedly be healthier.

6. Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt is almost fat-free but high in proteins. If eaten as a dessert, the body will receive at least 15 grams of protein, which will keep you feeling full for a long time.

7. Vegetable Soups
Vegetable soups, regardless of the ingredients used, are always healthy and filling. They are low in calories, and you can eat a whole bowl of them.
