Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
Finely chop the spinach. It is very important to use a banana that has been stored in the freezer for exactly 2 hours. If you keep it longer, it can freeze completely and become unusable.
Remember that sugar and starch in bananas develop a more complex structure at low temperatures, so they do not have such a harmful effect on blood sugar levels as with fresh fruit. Add all the ingredients to a blender. You can also add half a cup of lukewarm water if needed.
