Three quarters of people have the Candida fungus. Only a few do not have problems with it. Luckily, there are simple ways to control this annoying bacteria ...
The Candida fungus is found on the skin, in the digestive and genital tracts, in the mouth and throat. We live with it our whole lives and we can never get rid of it. Due to a weakened immune system, antibiotics, or improper diet causing acidity in the body, excessive Candida growth occurs, resulting in an infection.

Candida thrives most in warm and moist areas (mouth, intestines). It is a very resilient fungus and once you manage to control an outbreak, it often recurs.

Fortunately, there are simple ways to control Candida to prevent outbreaks. These methods will not solve the problem completely (you will need to change your entire diet), but they will help prevent the bacteria from thriving again.

Candida dislikes probiotic yogurts, sour milk, whey, various seeds, cold-pressed oil (especially olive oil!), turmeric, baking soda, gluten-free grains. Avoid yeast foods, bread, anything made from white flour, coffee, dried fruits, cheese, various sauces (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise), milk, meat products, and especially sugar. Sugar is one of the biggest acidifiers we know!

1. Sage tea
Sage contains components that effectively destroy Candida. Drink it before each meal, especially gargling and rinsing is very effective. There is no point in curing Candida in the intestines if the source of infection is in the oral cavity.

2. Ivy tea
Ivy leaves have antibacterial properties and even a minimal amount can greatly reduce the prevalence of Candida. Since ivy is also beneficial for other things, especially for alleviating symptoms of chronic conditions, we recommend drinking it even if you think you don't have issues.

3. Nettle tea
Nettle tea maintains copper levels in the body, is a strong diuretic and body cleanser. Among other things, it also helps with acidity, making nettle tea a great enemy of Candida. Unfortunately, we can only slow down Candida with nettle tea, we cannot completely cure it.

4. Chicory tea
When the water boils, add a few tablespoons of chicory and let it boil for another 10 to 15 minutes. Drink slowly and in sips. Chicory does not contain caffeine, which causes body acidity, is an excellent probiotic, and a rich source of vitamins A and K. It also cleanses the blood, aids digestion, regulates blood sugar ...

5. Herbal blend
If you mix the above teas into one, you will get a very effective remedy against this troublesome fungus. It is good to add walnut leaves and a little wormwood to the tea made from sage, ivy, nettle, and chicory. This prepared tea is brewed as usual, just cover the pot at the end and let it sit for at least an hour.

Drink the teas unsweetened and in small sips several times.
