Every diet also involves changing habits. If you don't do that, it's a waste of time and energy because a diet without changes will not succeed.
Breakfast is considered by many as one of the most important meals of the day, and the biggest mistake is looking for breakfast ideas among bakery pastries. You won't find many healthy options there, so it's better to focus elsewhere. But whatever you choose to start your day, keep in mind the right combination of fiber, protein, carbohydrates, and nutrients that your body needs (these needs change with the seasons).
What to choose for breakfast
If you don't have much time and are always in a hurry, then oatmeal is the best solution. Don't imagine oatmeal covered in chocolate, instead use plain yogurt, as it won't make you gain weight. Food that doesn't make you gain weight is financially modest but nutrient-rich.
If you must, combine oatmeal with eggs, tuna, cheese, or fruit.
Remember never to mix more than 3 foods.
Along with oatmeal, consider having an omelet combined with fresh vegetables. We recommend using 2 to a maximum of 3 eggs, and you can be a bit generous with the vegetables. By adding vegetables, the meal gets the necessary nutrients that strengthen the immune system. Just be careful not to mix dairy fats because the stomach can react differently to them.
And one more piece of advice to take into account: never mix sweet things (including fruit) with fats. Of course, plant fats are more suitable for a leaner figure, but don't mix them with sugar. If you decide to drink freshly squeezed orange juice or a fruit smoothie, then do not eat other fats for at least half an hour. When you choose fruit, do not mix it with other foods.
And also: an egg contains all the necessary nutrients except for vitamin C.
