Ingredients:
- 80 grams of cumin
- 2.5 dl lukewarm water
- 1 tablespoon of alcohol
First, grind the cumin. Only freshly ground cumin is valid. Then put it in 2 dl of water and cook it over low heat for about 15 minutes. You will get a thick, coffee-like paste.
Strain this mixture and add another half a deciliter of water and bring it to a boil again.
Once the mixture boils, remove it from the heat and let it cool to room temperature (at least 15 minutes). Only then add a teaspoon of alcohol.
Consume this drink by the spoonful every 30 minutes. After 2 hours, the inflammation will be significantly reduced, and after 4 hours, you will be almost completely healed. You can also drink it in case of severe inflammations.
You can also drink this beverage preventively if you are more susceptible to colds and often have a sore throat and tonsils.
