A new day starts with breakfast, and the sins of the previous day are forgotten. On days when you still feel full from the day before, it is very important to have a meal rich in fruits, vitamins, and minerals. Eat plenty of fruit (prefer fresh fruit over smoothies if possible) and cleansing vegetables (parsley is one of the best diuretics, and we also recommend natural and freshly squeezed lemonade - sugar-free, of course).
A healthy breakfast can be a combination of green tea, coffee, whole grain dark bread (recently popular and healthy breads without yeast), fresh cheese, or yogurt. If you do not consume dairy products, you can substitute them with soy (soy yogurt can be very tasty). Make sure to eat slowly and don't rush anywhere.
Why is this important?
Research has shown that 40 percent of users, if they eat a lot at dinner the day before or are so hungry at night that they prepare food in the middle of the night, skip breakfast, using the excuse that they are not hungry. It has been shown that they really do not feel the need for food in the morning, but everything changes by afternoon. If you skip breakfast, you are already so hungry by the afternoon that on average you consume 20 percent more energy (calories) than you would have otherwise.
And that's not all!
One-third of such eaters spend the day snacking on sweets from the day before, further burdening their bodies.
