If you want to age faster, eat this ...
There are cases when someone wants to age faster, but for the majority, it is advisable to avoid these foods.
If you are 18 years old and would like to enter a venue that only allows those older than 21, then it is suggested that you consume these foods each day for a week prior, and the effects of these heavy foods will immediately show on your face.

If you are concerned about healthy eating and have no trouble being allowed anywhere, then remove these foods from your diet.

1. Potato chips If you crave something crispy, avoid potato chips. These chips accelerate the aging processes because they worsen cell respiration and weaken the immune system.

2. Microwave-heated dinners The issue with microwave-heated meals is the sodium, which alters the structure during the heating process and causes a puffy appearance, while also contributing to water retention (all conditions for your body to become acidic over a day or two). Generally, it is advised not to eat reheated meals after 7 PM (3 hours before bed).

3. Energy drinks The problem with energy drinks is the high sugar content (including artificial sweeteners, which can sometimes be even more dangerous) and the acidic environment, leading to acidification of the body. The worst part is the combination of caffeine and sodium, which causes dehydration, resulting in more wrinkles on the face. Therefore, if you drink energy drinks for thirst, it can even be dangerous for internal organs due to dehydration.

4. Pastry, bakery pastry While pastries tempt us with their aroma and appearance, there is an increasing amount of research on how harmful these things are for our health, including bakery pastries. These treats often (not always!) contain added sugars and fats of questionable quality, causing additional weight gain and especially harming dental health. But that's not the worst part! Ingredients in pastries cause internal inflammations, further accelerating aging processes and greatly affecting the condition of internal organs. We are only beginning to discover the dangers.

5. Hot dog Preservatives found in processed meat can create free radicals in the body, accelerating cell oxidation and potentially damaging their DNA. The most well-known consequence of these processes is cancer and a whole host of other health issues. Of course, if you eat one hot dog per week (or even less), there is nothing to fear ...

6. Bacon If you want to maintain a youthful appearance, avoid eating bacon. Especially not for breakfast. Numerous studies have confirmed that bacon contains nitrates and many preservatives of questionable quality necessary in the production of processed meat products. Many of these are linked to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases.

7. Sugar Numerous studies have confirmed the harmful effects of sugar, but all these studies show the impact of sugar on just one disease. There is no comprehensive research yet on how sugar affects the entire body. So far, it is only known that sugar causes inflammations and is the main inhibitor of beautiful and clear skin (sugar harms collagen and elastin, making the skin less soft and less flexible). Only after not consuming anything sweet for 20 days (including artificial sweeteners and various substitutes).
