The advice is simple...
Start your day with a glass (2 dl) of yogurt. The yogurt should be at room temperature, so if it's from the fridge, leave it in the sun for half an hour. Also, don't drink too much yogurt, as the effects can be counterproductive, and most importantly, do not overload your stomach.
Ingredients:
- 2 dl plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of honey
The honey should not be cold either. It should be liquid so that you can mix it well with the yogurt.
The honey will give you energy, and the pheromones in yogurt are crucial for the transfer of genetic material. Pheromones are also very important in bacterial communication, which is first noticeable in the digestive tract. A lack of pheromones can cause serious digestive problems and more. This is also why it's good to drink quality yogurt in the morning (avoid the cheapest options and those from unverified sources, as they may not be as safe and effective as they should be).
Mix two teaspoons of honey into room temperature yogurt (you can leave it outside overnight worry-free) and drink it on an empty stomach. Don't eat anything for at least half an hour after that, you can only drink water. Also, avoid drinking coffee.
You can eat whatever you like half an hour later.
