Chia seeds need to be soaked to create a gel that wraps around the stomach walls. This viscous mass then slows down the absorption of carbohydrates in the body, and every excessive meal quickly becomes just right. Of course, it's good to give the body some vitamins and energy, so besides chia seeds, two more ingredients need to be mixed, which also reduce appetite.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- juice of one lemon
- 1 dl of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Soak the chia seeds in water and let them stand for at least 15 minutes, but we recommend half an hour. Only then add the juice of one lemon and honey and mix well until the honey is completely dissolved.
If you have stomach or duodenal ulcers, various intestinal inflammations, or acute or chronic intestinal problems, it is advisable to consult a doctor before using this drink.
Drink this juice at least 30 minutes before a meal (you don't have to starve your body completely before breakfast).
