A crucial aspect of the mixture of kefir and buckwheat is its impact on blood sugar levels, as the drink cleanses both the intestines and blood vessels, with the most important effect on the functioning of the pancreas. Many even believe that this drink can completely heal pancreatic issues.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
- 2 dl kefir
- tablespoon honey (to taste)
It is important to prepare the drink the night before. In the evening, mix all the ingredients well, then store the drink in the refrigerator overnight. This prepared meal should be consumed instead of breakfast, and it is crucial not to eat anything else for at least 3 hours (that's how long buckwheat metabolism takes).
Make buckwheat with kefir your breakfast for at least 2 weeks a year. After just a few days, you will feel changes in your well-being, especially in digestion. Just make sure to use quality organically grown buckwheat.
