Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 cinnamon stick or 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
- 1.5 liters of boiled water
Wash the apples well because you'll be using them whole, unpeeled. Cut the apples into very thin slices (the slices must be really thin because this is the way pectin, the healthiest antioxidant in apples, is released). Add cinnamon and pour in boiled water that has cooled down. Let it all stand for 2 hours, then make an effort to finish drinking it by the end of the day.
