Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 tablespoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon powdered cinnamon
- pinch of cardamom
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 3 dl of water
- tablespoon of honey (to taste)
First boil the water. Also, boil the milk. Then mix the boiling water and milk and let them cool slightly (5 to 10 minutes). Then add honey and mix everything well. As the drink cools a bit more, gradually add the other ingredients while stirring.
With the amount from the recipe above, you will get approximately half a liter of the drink, which corresponds to the daily amount for preventive consumption (about 2 to 3 cups a day for a cleaner body and stronger immune system).
However, if you start drinking this concoction when you are already sick, you can also drink up to 2 liters of this preparation.
