Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 sprigs of parsley
Finely chop the parsley first. Similarly, do the same with the garlic. Only then mix all the ingredients together. It's best to do this with a wooden spoon to preserve all the beneficial substances.
From the above ingredients, you will get a tablespoon of paste, which you can eat half an hour before bedtime (and wash it down with a glass of lukewarm water). Do this for 10 days, then take a break for 10 days.
