Ingredients:
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 kale leaves
- spinach
- 1/2 cup of water
Use as much spinach as kale. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get a smooth mixture. Drink a glass before meals, starting on an empty stomach. If you drink this drink in the morning, it will brighten your day. But if you drink it in the evening (at least an hour before bedtime, and then do not eat anything else), you will do the most for your health. The body cleanses itself at night when it gathers strength.
Also, raw spinach and kale, along with minerals and vitamins, will help maintain pH balance, making it a good and healthy breakfast option.
