The drink that bacteria fear the most
The drink that is royally dark purple in color and has an extremely high amount of antioxidants. You must try it!
We know that people eat too much acidic food, and no matter how hard we try, it's very difficult to even find anything alkaline, let alone stick to a balanced diet. The fact is that we lack alkaline food, while acidic food is abundant everywhere.

If you're wondering why alkaline food is important, the answer is very simple. Harmful bacteria can only live in an acidic environment, so our body must not be overly acidic. Diseases that arise from this can be very resilient, often even fatal. There are numerous studies confirming that cancerous tumors and metastases develop only in an acidified body.

What to do?

The solution is simple: we must constantly care about the pH balance of our body. But with so many foods around us that acidify the body and few that contribute to alkalinity, it's a challenge.

This is why we present to you a drink brimming with antioxidants, packed with vitamins and minerals, and remarkably alkaline in our body. Even more so than lemon juice!

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 small head of red cabbage
  • 1 small fennel
  • 200 grams of red grapes (if unavailable, you can also use blueberries)
  • juice of one lemon
Preparation:

Wash and chop all the ingredients into small pieces, then put everything into a blender (you can also use a juicer, but don't discard the excess parts!).

This recipe yields juice for 2 days.

It is recommended to drink a quarter of it in the morning on an empty stomach and a quarter in the evening, then repeat the process the next day. Remember to let the juice rest in the refrigerator. However, do not keep this juice for a longer period. Keep in mind that the juice loses 1% of its nutrients every hour.
