Try the following solution - Ingredients:
- 250 ml of boiled water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda or baking powder
- 1 egg white
Start by boiling the water and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Then remove it from heat and wait for it to cool slightly for about 5 minutes before adding the baking soda and salt. Once the water is cool enough for gargling, prepare the egg white in a separate container by lightly beating it with a fork, then pour the prepared water over it. Mix everything well to ensure that the egg white combines evenly with the water.
Gargle 3 to 4 times a day, and increase to 5 to 6 times when the pain is more severe. This solution helps to relieve inflammation, disinfect, and aids in expectoration.
Additionally, try to refrain from eating or drinking anything for about 20 minutes after gargling.
